    3 cup flour,1 teas.salt,1 teas.baking soda,1 teas.baking powder,3 teas.cinnamon,3 eggs,1 cup oil,2 1/4 cup sugar,3 teas.vanilla,2 cup grated zuke,1 cup chop nuts.

    2 Greased,floured loaf pans.Oven 325*.Sift flour,salt,b.powder,soda,cinnamon,in bowl.Beat eggs,oil,vanilla,sugar.Add dry ingred.to wet.Stir in zukes,nuts.Put in pans,bake 40-60 mins.cool in pans 20 mins.remove from pans,cool.
