    2 cup bisquick,2 beat eggs,2 cup 7-up,2 Tbls.melted butter,cottage cheese,powdered sugar,strawberry or raspberry preserves.

    Combine eggs,7-up.Add bisquick,stir.Fold in butter.Pour 3/4-1 cup batter onto greased griddle,bake each side.Place cakes on baking sheet in med.oven to keep warm till all cakes are baked.Now fill each cake with cottage cheese,roll,sprinkle with pow.sugar,top with preserves.
