    6 eggs,1 cup half and half,2 Tbls.green onions chopped,salt,pepper,butter to grease pan,6 thick crusty breads toasted,1 lb.pork sausage cooked and drained,1 cup grated cheddar cheese.

    Beat eggs till loose.Add half and half,onions,season.Butter 12x10" baking pan.Line pan with bread.Sprinkle bread with sausage and cheese.Pour egg mix over all.Cover,fridge over night.Oven 350*,cook covered 25-30 mins till set.
