Really make your brunch special with flutes of champagne!
List of Ingredients
Store prepared or homemade crab cakes(see my recipe) cooked,1-2 poached eggs per serving,1/2 or 1 whole cut in 1/2 English muffin(try different flavored muffins)per serving,hollandaise sauce(see recipe).Recipe
Lightly toast muffins.Place crab cake on muffin,followed by egg,top with sauce.Sprinkle with paprika.Serve hot.
