2 cups bisquick,1/4 cup soft butter,2 Tbls.sugar,2/3 cup milk,1/4 cup preserves(any flavor),vanilla icing(below).Recipe
Oven 450*.Greased sheet.Stir bisquick,butter,sugar till crumbly.Stir in milk till dough forms,beat 15 strokes.Drop by rounded Tbls.2"apart on sheet.Make a well in centers of each with back of spoon dipped in water;fill with 1 teas.preserves.Bake 10-15 mins.While warm,drizzle with icing.Icing;2/3 cup powdered sugar,1 Tbls.warm water,1/4 teas.vanilla.Beat till smooth.
