    1c.diced ham,6 eggs,1/2c.diced green bell pepper,1/2c.diced onion,1/2c.shredded cheddar cheese.

    In bowl,whisk eggs till frothy.Stir in remaining ingred.Spray med.size fry pan with oil,med.heat.Pour mix in pan when hot,cover.Low heat till set.Serve with cheese on top.
