    1c.flour,1c.milk,2eggs,1/2teas.salt,1/4c.butter divided,1/2lb.pork link sausage,2 ripe pears,1/4teas.cinnamon.

    Mix flour,milk,eggs,salt till smooth in blender.Melt 2Tbls.butter in 9x9or7x11 in.pan.Pour in batter.Bake 400*,20mins.Brown sausages in skillet,drain.Add 1Tbls.butter to skillet and brownings.Slice pears in 1/2" pieces.Saute in butter and drippings till tender.Sprinkle with cinnamon.Arrange pear slices and sausages on top of baked shell,bake 5-10mins.Serve.
