2c.diced ham,4Tbls.butter,3c.frozen diced spuds with bell peppers and onions partially thawed,10eggs,salt,pepper.

Recipe



Put butter in 12"fry pan,med.heat,melt,add ham,spuds.Cook till browned.Whisk eggs,salt,pepper.Pour over ham and spuds.Cook low till set.
