2 pkgs.softened cream cheese,1/2c.sugar,1/2teas.vanilla,2 eggs,20 kraft caramels,2Tbls.milk,1/2c.chopped pecans,1 graham cracker crust.Recipe
Oven 350*.Beat cream cheese,sugar,vanilla with mixer.Add eggs,mix.Melt caramels with milk in pan on low stirring.Stir in nuts.Pour into crust,cover with cream cheese batter.Bake40 mins. until center is almost set.Cool,fridge 3 hrs.or overnight.Let cheesecake stand at room temp at least 30 mins.before slicing to allow caramel layer to soften.
