    1 pkg.white angel food cake mix,Filling;1 c.whipping cream,1/3c.sugar,3 Tbls.cocoa,1/4teas.vanilla,Frosting;1c.whipping cream,3Tbls.sugar.Cupcakes;1 c.coconut

    Grease bottom of 15x10"jelly roll pan,line with wax paper,grease again.Prepare cake mix as directed.Turn 1/2 batter into pan;spread into corners.Bake 15-20 mins.(use rest of batter for cupcakes).Cool.Invert pan on towel dusted with powdered sugar;remove wax paper.Roll in towel.Combine filling,beat until thickened.Unroll cake and fill;roll again.Combine whipped cream frosting ingredients and beat till thick.Frost and chill. Cupcakes;Line 12 buttered muffin cups with 1 c.finely chopped coconut.Fill to tops with batter.Bake 375* for 15-20mins.Cool,remove from pan.
