Banana-Applesauce Sour Cream Coffee Cake

List of Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped nuts,1/4 c.Splenda,1/2 teas.cinnamon;1/2 c.shortening,3/4 c.Splenda,1/4 c.brown sugar,egg sub.for 2 eggs,1 c.mashed ripe banana,1 c.applesauce,1 teas.vanilla,1/2 c.low fat sour cream,1 1/2 c.flour,1/2 cup whole wheat flour,1 teas.baking powder,1 teas.soda,1/4 teas.salt(opt.).


Recipe

Mix nuts,1/4 cup Spenda,cinnamon.Set aside.Mix shotening with 3/4c.Splenda and 1/4 c.br.sugar.Beat in eggs,banana,applesauce,vanilla,stir in sour cream.Combine dry ingred.,add to creamed mix.Stir to blend.Sprinkle 1/2 of nut mix into srayed bundt pan.Spoon in 1/2 batter,repeat.Bake 325* 40 mins.
