    Carrot Cake

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups sugar,2 cups flour,2 teas.baking soda,1 teas.salt,2 teas.cinnamon,1 cup vegie oil,4 eggs,3 cups grated carrots.Frosting;1(8 oz.)pkg.soft cream cheese,1 cube(1/2 cup)butter,1(1 lb.)box powdered sugar,1 teas.vanilla.

    Cake;Mix sugar with sifted flour,baking soda,salt and cinnamon.Combine oil and eggs.Add wet ingredients to dry.Stir in carrots.Divide batter into 2 greased 10 in. round cake pans,bake 350* 35 mins.Cool.Frosting;Mix all,frost cooled layers.
