    2 cups flour,2 teas.baking soda,1 teas.baking powder,1 teas.salt,2 teas.cinnamon,1 3/4 cup sugar,1 cup oil,3 eggs,1 teas.vanilla,2 cup shredded carrots,1 cup coconut,1 cup chop nuts,1 can crushed pineapple drained,Frosting;1 pkg.soft cream cheese,1/4 cup soft butter,2 cup powdered sugar.

    Oven 350*,grease-flour 9x13 pan.Mix flour,soda,b.powder,salt,cinn.Make a well in center and add sugar,oil,eggs,vanilla.Mix with spoon till smooth.Stir in carrots,coconut,nuts,pineapple.Put in pan,bake 45-50 mins.Cool.Frost.
