    1 cup flour,2 teas.baking powder,2 Tbls.cocoa,1/4 teas.salt,3/4 cup sugar,1/2 cup milk,2Tbls.melted shortening,1/2 cup chopped pecans,1 teas.vanilla;Sauce;1/2 cup sugar,1/2 cup brown sugar,1/3 cup cocoa,1 cup hot water.

    Sift flour with dry ingred.stir in milk,shortening.Add pecans,vanilla.Mix,pour into greased 8x8 pan.Combine sauce ingred.pour over cake batter.Bake cake 350* 40 mins.Cool.
