This is a very old recipe,it is sometimes made and used for 'Grooms Cake'.
List of Ingredients
3 c.flour,2c.sugar,1t.cinnamon,1t.baking soda,1c.vegie oil,2-3 ripe bananas diced,1-8oz.can crushed pineapple drained,1c.pecans chopped,1t.vanilla,3 eggs beaten.Glaze;8oz.cream cheese room temp.,1Tbls.butter,1Tbls.lemon juice,1/2t.vanilla,1Tbls.each lemon and orange zest finely minced,1 1/4-1 1/2c.powdered sugar.Frosting;16oz.cream cheese room temp,1c.butter,2 boxes 1 lb.each powdered sugar,2t.vanilla.Recipe
In bowl,mix first four ingredients.Add oil,bananas,pineapple,pecans,vanilla,eggs.Mix with electric mixer 2 mins.Pour batter into well greased bundt pan.Bake 350* 1hour and 15 mins.Check doneness by inserting tooth pick or wooden skewer into cake.If it comes out clean,the cake is done.Cool,remove from pan,frost,or glaze.
