    Mary Lou's Impossible Pumpkin Pie

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 cup sugar,1/2 cup bisquick,2 Tbls.butter,1 can evaporated milk(12 oz.can +1 oz.water),2 eggs,1 1-lb.can pumpkin(or 1/2 of larger can),2Teas.vanilla,1 teas.cinnamon,1/2 teas.ginger,1/4 teas.cloves.

    Recipe

    Greased deep pie plate(quiche pan).Beat all ingredients till smooth.Pour in pan,bake 350* 50-55 mins.till set.
