Mayonnaise Cake

List of Ingredients




1 cup mayo,1 cup sugar,1 cup hot water,1/2 cup cocoa,2 cups flour,2 teas. baking soda,1/3 teas.salt,1 teas,vanilla.

Recipe



Mix together mayo and sugar.Mix in another bowl,hot water,cocoa.Add to mayo mixture,mix till smooth.Add flour,soda,salt,mix.Add vanilla.Bake 375* 30 mins.or use the toothpick test.Frost when cool with fudge frosting. This cake uses no milk,eggs or butter,except the eggs in the mayo!
