    Makes enough for 2-9-in.layers.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c.sugar,1 c.sour cream,1 egg or 2 egg yolks,dash of salt,1/2 teas.vanilla,1/2 c.chopped nuts if desired.

    Recipe



    Mix sugar,sour cream,eggs,salt.Cook,stirring for 10 mins. or until thick as custard.Stir in vanilla and nuts.Cool and pour over cake.
