    Pat In The Pan Pie Crust

    Use for any pie which requires a pre-baked shell.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup butter,2 Tbls.sugar,1 cup flour.

    Recipe



    Combine,but do not cream the butter and sugar.Add flour.Mix until doughy.Press into sides and bottom of pie pan with floured fingers.Bake 375*till golden,12-15 mins.
