    1 box german choc.cake mix,1 sm.pkg.caramels,1/2 cup butter,1/3 cup milk,6 oz.choc.chips,1 cup chop nuts.

    Mix cake as directed.Pour 1/2 batter in greased 9x13 bake pan.Bake 350*15-20 mins.Melt caramels,butter,milk.Pour over baked batter.Sprinkle choc.chips,nuts over caramel mixture.Pour remain.batter over all,bake 20 mins.250*then 10 mins.350*.
