    1 1/2 cups flour,1/4 cup sugar,1/4 teas.salt,1/2 cup butter,1 egg yolk,1/4 cup cold water.

    Mix flour,sugar,salt.Cut in butter till crumbly.In sm.bowl,stir egg yolk,water.Pour into flour mix,mix till forms ball.Fridge 1 hr.before rolling out.Roll,fridge or freeze 10 mins.before baking.For baked crust;bake 375* 20 mins.or browned.
