    1-2lbs.ground beef,1/3c.chopped onion,1 pkg.mushroom gravy mix,3/4c.water,1 jar or can sliced mushrooms drained,1c.sour cream,1c.bisquick,1/4c.milk,1egg,1 small bell pepper cut into rings.

    Oven 400*.Greased 11x7x1 1/2 pan.Cook beef and onion in skillet,drain.Stir in gravy mix(dry)water,mushrooms.Cook till thick.Remove from heat,stir in sr.cream.Put in baking dish.Stir bisquick,milk,egg till blended.Spread over beef mixture.Top with pepper rings.Bake 20-25mins.Let stand before cutting.
