    1lb.chick.gizzards,1pkg.lipton long grain and wild rice,1 can cr.mushroom soup,salt,pepper,grated cheddar cheese.

    In saucepan cover gizzards with water.Bring to boil,lower to simmer,1-2hrs.till tender.Prepare rice as to directions.Pur rice in baking dish,add gizzards and soup,mix.season.Top with cheese.Bake 350*,20mins.
