    2 onions chopped,6 Tbls.butter,2 eggs,2 Tbls.milk,2 cans cream style corn,1 16oz.pkg.cornmeal muffin mix,1/2 pt.sour cream,2 cup shredded sharp cheese.

    Oven 425*.Butter 13x9 baking dish.Saute onion in butter.In bowl,mix eggs,milk.Add corn and muffin mix.Mix.Put batter in pan.Put on onions.Put on sour cream.Sprinkle with cheese.Bake 35 mins.Let stand 10 mins.Cut into squares,serve.
