    1 lb.ground beef,3/4 of a 28oz.jar spaghetti sauce,1 teas.basil or italian seasoning,1 clove garlic or 3/4 teas.garlic powder,1/2 teas.salt,1/4 teas.pepper,1 pkg.cream cheese,1 pt.sour cream,6 green onions,3/4 lb.med.noodles,1/2 cup parmesan.

    Brown beef,drain.Add sp.sauce,seasonings,simmer 15 mins.Combine soft cream cheese,sr.cream,onions.Stir till smooth.Cook noodles.In casserole,put 1/3 noodles,1/3 of sr.cream mix.,1/3 of sauce.Repeat twice.Bake 350* 30 mins.5 mins. before done,top with cheese.
