    Impossible Beef Enchilada Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb.ground beef,1 cup chopped onion,2 cloves garlic minced,2 teas.chili powder,1/2 teas.oregano,1/2 teas.salt,1/4 teas.pepper,8 oz.enchilada sauce,2/3 cup totilla chips crushed,2 cup cheese shredded,1 1/4 cup milk,3 eggs,3/4 cup bisquick.

    Oven 400*.Grease pie plate.Brown burger,onions,drain.Stir in garlic,chili pow.,oregano,salt,pepper,1/2 cup ench.sauce.Put totillas in plate.Top with 1 1/2 cup cheese.Put on meat mix.Beat milk,eggs,bisquick till smooth in blender.Pour into plate.Bake25-30 mins.till set.Spread remaining sauce and cheese on top.Bake 3-5 mins.till cheese melts.Coll 10 mins.before serving.Top with sour cream and olives if desired.
