    1 lb. ground beef,1/2 cup chop onion,1 envelope taco seasoning mix,1-8oz.can stewed tomatoes drained chopped,1 cup whole kernel corn,3 eggs,1 1/2 cup milk,2/3 cup buttermilk baking mix,1/3 cup cornmeal.

    Oven 400*.Greased pie plate.Cook and stir burger till brown,drain.Stir in onion,season mix,spread in plate.Sprinkle with tomatoes and corn.Beat eggs,milk,baking mix,cornmeal till smooth in blender or with mixer.Pour into pie plate,bake 30-40 mins.till set.Stand before slicing.
