    Low-Fat Sour Cream Potato Casserole

    32 oz.frozen hash browns thawed,1/2 c.chop onions,10 3/4oz.low-fat cream mushroom soup,1/3 c.honey,1 teas.salt,1 teas.pepper,1 pt.low-fat sour cream,1 c.fat-free cheddar cheese shredded;Topping,1/4 c.low-fat margarine melted,1 c.corn flakes crushed.

    Oven,350*.Spray 9x13 pan.In bowl,potatoes,onions,soup,honey,salt,pepper,sour cream,cheese.Put in pan.Mix topping,top.Bake 45 mins.
