    5 lb.potatoes cooked mashed,6 oz.cream cheese,1c.sour cream,2t.onion powder,1 Tbls.garlic,salt,pepper,3 Tbls.butter.

    Beat all until light.Pour into lrg.greased casserole,dot with butter,bake 350*,30-45 mins.
