Mexican Fiesta Pie

1 lb.ground beef,1/2 cup chopped onion,1 envelope taco seasoning mix,1 8oz.can stewed tomatoes drained and chopped,1 cup whole kernel corn,3 eggs,1 1/2 cup milk,2/3 cup buttermilk baking mix(bisquick),1/3 cup cornmeal.

Heat oven 400*.Grease deep dish pie plate.Brown beef,drain.Stir in onion,taco mix.Spread in pan.Sprinkle with tomatoes and corn.Beat eggs,milk,baking mix,cornmeal in blender until smooth.Pour into pie plate.Bake 30-35 mins,or until set through.Cool 5 mins.before slicing.
