    Tuna Cheddar Pie

    List of Ingredients




    2 cup onion chopped,1/4 cup butter,2 cans tuna drained,2 cup cheddar cheese shredded,3 eggs,1 1/4 cup milk,1 cup bisquick,1/4 teas.salt,1/8 teas.pepper,2 tomatoes sliced.

    Oven 400*.Grease deep pie plate.Cook onions in butter in skillet stirring till golden.Put tuna,1 cup cheese ,onions in plate.Mix in blender eggs,milk,bisquick,salt,pepper.Pour into plate.Bake 30 mins.or till set.Top with tomatoes and remaining cheese,melt 3-5 mins.Rest 5-10 mins.serve.
