    1-12oz.pkg.choc.chips divided,2 3/4 cup flour,1 teas.baking soda,1/2 teas.salt,1/2 teas.ginger,1/2 teas.cinnamon,3 Tbls.soft butter,3 Tbls.sugar,1/2 cup molasses,1/4 cup water,1 container 16oz.vanilla frosting.

    Melt 1 1/2 cup choc.chips in micro.Stir till smooth.Cool to room temp.Mix flour,soda,salt,ginger,cinn.Beat butter,sugar till creamy.Mix in molasses,melt.chips.Add flour mixture with water till smooth.Oven 350*.Roll 1/2 dough to 1/4" on floured board.Cut with gingerbread men cutters.Bake 5-6 mins.Cool,decorate with frosting,rest of melted chips, piped thru pastry bag.
