1 1/2 lb.pork shoulder 1/2"thick cut in strips,1 Tbls.oil,1 onion sliced,1 bell pepper in strips,1/2 cup sliced mushrooms,1 cup tomato sauce,3 Tbls.brown sugar,1 1/2 Tbls.vinegar,1/2 teas.salt,2 teas.worcestershire,3 cup hot white rice.Recipe
In skillet,brown pork in oil.Drain on paper towels.Put pork and all the rest but rice together in crockpot.Cover,cook low 6-8 hrs.Serve over rice.
