Crock Pot Minestrone Soup

List of Ingredients

1 sm.onion chopped,2 carrots sliced thin,1 med.zucchini sliced,1 cup chopped spinach,2 cloves garlic minced,2 15oz. cans kidney beans drained,1 can okra drained,2 cans vegie or beef broth,1 can crushed tomatoes,1 teas.basil,1/2 teas.oregano,1/2 teas.salt,pepper,2 cup cooked elbow or shell macaroni,1/4 cup parmesan grated.


Recipe

Combine all except mac.and cheese in pot.Cover,cook low 8-9 hrs.Stir in mac.Serve topped with parmesan.
