    4-6 pork chops or loins,flour,salt,pepper,1/4 cup oil,1 lrg.sweet onion sliced into rings,2 cubes chicken boullion,2 cups hot water,8 oz.sour cream.

    Recipe



    Season chops,dredge in flour.Brown in oil and put in crock pot,top with onions.Dissolve boullion in hot water,pour over chops.Cook on low 7-8 hrs.When cooked,stir 2 Tbls.flour into sour cream,stir into pot of juices and chops.Turn pot to high for 30 mins till thickened.Serve with rice,noodles,or potatoes.
