2 lbs.stew meat in 1"cubes,1 lrg.onion sliced,1 clove garlic minced,1/2c.catsup,2 Tbls.worcestershire sauce,1Tbls.brown sugar,2 teas.salt,2teas.paprika,1/2teas.dry mustard,1c.water,1/2c.flour.Recipe
Place meat in slow cooker,cover with onions.Combine garlic,catsup,worcestershire,sugar,salt,paprika,mustard.Stir in water.Pour over meat.Cover,cook,low,8-10hrs.Turn dial to high.Dissolve flour in small amount of cold water,stir into meat.Cook on high 10-15 mins,till thick.Serve over rice or noodles.
