    1 qrt.vanilla ice cream,1 sm.bunch seedless grapes(any or all colors),4 Teas.powdered sugar,1 cup champagne,3/4 cup water.

    In pan,bring water to boil,add sugar,simmer 5-6 mins.add champagne,grapes.Simmer 20-30 mins.until syrup is obtained.Remove from heat,cool 1 hr.Remove any peels.Put 4 sm.scoops ice cream in 4 serving goblets.Top with portion of syrup and some grapes.Serve.
