Cream Puffs
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine,1 cup boiling water,1 cup flour,1/4 tea.salt,4 eggs.Recipe
Melt butter in water.Add flour,salt all at once,stir vigorously;cook,stirring,until mixture forms a ball.Remove from heat,cool slightly.Add eggs one at a time,beating in,(by hand)till mixture is smooth.Drop by Tabl.2 in.apart on greased baking sheet.Bake 450*,15 mins.then 325* for25 mins.Remove,cool,split and fill with favorite filling,(whipped cream,choc.pudding,blancmange(corn starch pudding)see my recipe for Blancmange).Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
