2 eggs,1 cup milk,2 cups flour,1/4 cup sugar,dash salt,1/2 teas.baking powder,peanut oil,powdered sugar.

Recipe



Beat eggs,add milk,sugar,mix.Combine flour,salt,b.powder then add wet ingred.Put 1 1/2 "oil in fry pan,heat till hot.Using 1 cup batter at a time,pour thru funnel into the oil making a crisscross pattern.When both sides are browned put on plate,sprinkle with pow.sugar.
