Lemon Meringue Pie

1(9")baked pastry shell,Filling;1 1/3 cup sugar,6 Tbl.cornstarch,1/2 cup lemon juice concentrate,1 1/2 cups water.Meringue;4 eggs separated,2 Tbl.butter or margarine,1/4 tea.cream of tarter,1/3 cup sugar.Recipe
Preheat oven to 350*.In heavy saucepan,whisk sugar,cornstarch and lemon juice.Addbeaten egg yolks,water,stirring over med.heat,till mixture comes to boil and thickens.Remove from heat,add butter,stir till melted in.Pour in shell.Meringue:in small mixing bowl,beat egg whites with cream of tarter until firm peaks form.Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar,beating till stiff.Spread on filling,making sure to seal around edges.Bake 350* 12-15 mins.till meringue is browned and beautiful!Chill.
