    List of Ingredients




    6 cups sliced apples,2 Tbl.butter,1/2 teas.nutmeg,1/4 cup flour,3/4 cup sugar,pinch of salt.Topping;1/2 cup margarine,1/4 cup brown sugar,1 cup flour,1/2 cup chopped walnuts.

    Recipe



    Mix in lar.bowl first 6 ingredients.Mix topping,top.Bake in greased baking dish,350* until apples are tender.Serve hot ala mode! (There's a long story behind the name of this recipe,only Lona and Lucy know!)
