    1 lrg.box vanilla pudding(not instant),1 lrg.box orange jello,4c.hot water...28oz.cool whip,2c.mandarin oranges.

    Combine all in saucepan,cook till thick.Cool overnight in fridge.Following day,mix with mixer.Add 28oz.cool whip,beat again.Fold in 2c.oranges.Spoon into dessert dishes,chill.
