    2 1/2 cups round chocolate sandwich cookies crushed(Oreos),6 Tbls.butter,1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream slightly softened,Topping;3 cups powdered sugar,1 1/2 cups evaporated milk,2/3 cup chocolate chips,1/2 cup butter,1 1/2 teas.vanilla,1 1/2 cups spanish peanuts.

    Make crust with cookies and butter,place in 13x9 pan,chill in freezer.Place ice cream into crust.Prepare topping;mix sugar,milk,chips,butter together-boil 8 mins.stirring.Remove from heat,add vanilla,cool,sprinkle nuts over ice cream,pour topping on top,freeze.
