3 eggs,2 Tbl.flour,1/2 teas.salt,1 Tbl.milk,1 Tbl.water.

Mix all,pour enough batter in greased,small 8" saute pan,just to cover bottom of pan.Cook over med.heat,till starting to set,turn over,and finish cooking(these cook really fast).Serve filled,rolled up with favorite filling.(For 'dessert crepes'mix in alittle cinnamon and sugar into batter,fill and roll up with jam or jelly,canned pie filling).
