    Vegie oil spray(pam), vegie oil,2Tbls. chopped onion,4 slices caraway-dill cocktail rye bread cubes(2 cups), 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese,1/3 cup diced cooked chicken or turkey,3 egg whites,3/4 cup milk,pepper.

    Spray 2 individual casseroles.Cook onion in oil till tender.Mix onion,bread,cheese,chick.,spoon into casseroles.Beat remaining ingredients with mixer till blended.Pour over bread mixture.Cover,fridge 2 hrs.no longer than 4 hrs.Bake uncovered 30-35 mins.till set.Let stand before serving.
