Baked Salmon Stuffed Potatoes

4 baking spuds,1(7 1/2oz.)can salmon,1/2c.sour cream,1/4c.diced cheddar cheese,1Tbls.chopped green onion,1Tbls.parsley or dill,1Tbls.lemon juice,1/2teas.hot pepper sauce(opt.),salt,pepper,paprika,1/3c.shredded cheddar cheese.Recipe
Bake spuds,400*,45-60 mins. or till tender when gently squeezed.In bowl,mix salmon,sr.cream,diced cheese,onion,parsley,lemon juice,pepper sauce.Season to taste with salt,pepper,paprika.Cut 1/2 inch thick slice from top of each spud.Scoop out pulp,leaving 1/4 in.in shell.Stir pulp into salmon mix.Spoon into shells.Sprinkle with shredded cheese.Bake 400*,15-20 mins.till tops are crisp.
