Baked Salmon With Mustard Crumb Crust

2 Tbls.plus 1 teas.white vinegar,2 Tbls.sugar,2 Tbls.dijon mustard,1 1/2 teas.dry mustars,1/3 cup vegie oil,4 salmon fillets,thyme,1 cup bread crumbs.Recipe
Put vinegar,sugar,mustards in blender.With blender running,slowly pour in oil,blend till med.thick sauce.Oven 375*,greased baking dish.Put salmon in dish,season with thyme,salt,pepper.Spread 1 Tbls.mustard sauce over each fillet.Press crumbs onto fish.Bake 20 mins.
