1/4 cup butter,2 Tbls. flour,1 cup cream,1 teas.mustard,1/2 teas.salt,1/4 teas.pepper,1 Tbls.lemon juice,1 lb.crab meat,2 hard cooked eggs chopped,1 cup fine bread crumbs,2 Tbls.butter melted.

Oven 350* Melt butter in saucepan,stir in flour.Cook on low till smooth and bubbly.Remove from heat,stir in cream;heat to boil stirring.Boil 1 min.Gently fold in seasonings,crab,eggs.Pour in buttered casserole.Toss bread crumbs with melted butter,put on top.Bake uncovered 45 mins.
