Crab Balls
List of Ingredients
1 lb.crab meat,3/4 cup bread crumbs,2 egg yolks beaten,1/4 cup flour,4 Tbl.melted butter or margarine,1 teas.dry mustard,minced parsley,dill weed,salt and pepper.Recipe
Mix all,chill well in refridgerator.Make 'walnut'sized balls,dredge in flour,deep fry in 360*oil till browned and cooked through.Drain on paper towels.(makes approx.35 balls)Serve as appetizer with dipping sauces,or in your favorite white sauce,over pasta or rice.
