    You can also serve these with a light dill sauce...YUM

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup bread crumbs,1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese,1/4 cup mayo,1 lrg.egg beaten,2 T.chopped fresh parsley,1 minced garlic clove,2 tsp.Old Bay Seasoning,1/4 tsp.pepper,1 tsp.lemon juice,1 lb.lump crab meat,1/4 cup butter(I like to fry these in peanut oil.)

    Stir together first 9 ingredients;fold in crab meat.Shape into 8(3")patties.Chill well.Fry in hot oil,(or butter)5 min.each side(approx).Drain on paper towels.
